Normal Weekly Rate (based on 4 people) £500.00 (£400 for 2 people)

Premium Rate (e.g. Christmas & New Year) £750.00 (£600 for 2 people)

(NB a Special Premium Rate will apply when the ‘Open’ is at St Andrews!)

Short break letting will be considered for 3 or 4 nights at other than Premium Rate periods, based on 60% or 75% respectively of normal weekly rate.

A non- refundable 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, unless booking is within 8 weeks of intended start date of holiday, when full payment is required at the time of booking. The full balance of a secured booking is required by 8 weeks prior to start date, together with a £100 refundable Security Deposit. Please read full Terms and Conditions.

Payment to be made by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques to be made payable to Mrs Lorna Saunders, and sent to:

29 Castle Close, Tudhoe, Spennymoor, Co Durham, DL16 6TR.

Once we have payment and relevant booking information, we then produce a booking confirmation. This confirmation is then sent to the email address that you provided.

Key Collection information is then provided at least 48hrs prior to holiday start date.
