The apartment comprises a substantial lounge with and large south facing bay window, 2
large bedrooms (the master with a large west facing bay window), a very well equipped kitchen with
informal dining facilities and a bathroom with three piece suite.
The property is well equipped with the view to accommodating 2, up to a max of 4 people. Specific
facilities/amenities include:
Master Bedroom – King sized sleigh bed, wardrobe,
large dresser and chaise longue, plus large-screen wall-mounted TV, radio alarm clock with CD
player and hairdryer.
2nd Bedroom – Double bed (although a single bed is
also available), wardrobe and dressing table.
Lounge – Two sofas, formal dining table and chairs,
TV & DVD player & Hi-Fi system. A range of CDs, DVDs, games, puzzles and
books are available.
Kitchen – Integral appliances include a gas hob,
electric oven, eye level microwave, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. There is a kitchen
table & 4 chairs. An ironing board and iron are also available.
Bathroom – Low level WC, wall mounted wash hand basin
and panel bath with overhead thermostatically controlled shower & separate hand held
shower unit. There is a heated towel rail.
Towels and all bed linen are included, as is power for heating, hot water and lighting
etc. Parking is available at the front and side of the property.
Owing to the nature of the facilities and location of the apartment it is not considered suitable
for rental if a member of the intended party is physically impaired or disabled. Likewise, as
no cot or highchair is available, the apartment is probably unsuitable if there is a very young
child in the intended party.
We regret that for personal allergy reasons pets are not permitted at the property. No smoking is
permitted within the apartment or within the communal areas of Orchard House.
